This statement explains how I handle personal data when you visit this website, book a call, or contact me. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Framer. When you visit, Framer processes standard technical data to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit.
I use Framer’s built-in analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and where they came from. It does not use cookies and does not store personal data. I see only aggregated numbers.
This website sets no cookies and uses no other analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, so no data is sent to Google when the page loads.
Booking a call
The “Book a Call” buttons take you to my booking page on Calendly, which is run by Calendly LLC in the United States. When you book, Calendly collects your name and email address, the email addresses of any guests you add, and any note you choose to write. Please don’t include confidential information in the note.
I use this information to schedule the call and prepare for it. Calendly applies its own privacy terms and cookie settings on its page.
Calls take place on Google Meet. The meeting invitation includes your name and email address, which Google processes to run the call.
Contacting me by email
If you email me, I use your message and contact details to reply and, where relevant, to work with you. My email is provided by Namecheap, which stores messages on my behalf.
Why I process your data
I process personal data to run this website, respond to inquiries, arrange and prepare for calls, and manage client relationships. Under the GDPR, the legal bases are my legitimate interest in operating my business and responding to you, steps you ask me to take before a possible contract, and the performance of a contract. I do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Service providers and transfers abroad
I share personal data only with the providers named above, who process it on my behalf: Framer (hosting and analytics), Calendly (booking), Google (video calls), and my email provider. Some of them store or process data in the United States or other countries outside Switzerland and the EU.
Where a country does not offer adequate data protection, these transfers rely on recognized safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the Swiss and EU authorities.
How long I keep data
I keep personal data only as long as I need it for the purposes above. Business records and correspondence linked to client work are kept for up to ten years, as Swiss law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me to tell you what data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Under the GDPR you may also restrict or object to processing and ask for a copy of your data in a portable format. To use these rights, email amy@amywolf.ch.
You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
Changes
I may update this statement when my website or services change. The current version is always on this page.
